RUCKUS / The rules

The rules, and what every denial means.

Rules are posted before a clip is cut, and every denial names one of them. A fixable denial says what to change; the rest say why the clip cannot run.

Seven rules, in the campaign's own fields.

A rule kept only in a Discord channel cannot support a denial, so every one of these also lives in the campaign's fields on the platform, where a clipper reads it before starting.

  • No bought views, likes, comments or followers, and no engagement pods. Bought engagement voids the clip and ends the relationship.
  • No reposts of another clipper's edit, no mirrored clips to dodge duplicate detection, no foreign watermarks, and no straight re-uploads: every clip carries an edit, the hook, the cut, captions or commentary. TikTok's guidelines effective 24 September 2026 keep unoriginal content out of the For You feed, so an unedited clip would earn nothing there anyway.
  • Disclosure inside the content, at the start of the clip, every time, plus the platform's own paid-content tool. A clip that loses its disclosure later stops earning.
  • Only the source pack. Nothing leaked, nothing pre-release, no other creator's footage, and no AI images of GTA 6 characters or places.
  • No earnings claims in captions, bios or comments, about this campaign or any other.
  • Everyone is 18 or over on their own word. RUCKUS never collects identification or dates of birth.
  • Every decision comes with a reason, and a decision you disagree with gets a written reply, not silence.

The denial library.

These are the reasons a decision can carry. A fixable denial invites a resubmission; the others do not, and two of them end the relationship.

Reason on the decisionFixableWhat to change
Missing disclosureYesPut the disclosure inside the content, in the first seconds of the clip, switch the platform's paid-content tool on, resubmit the same link or a fresh post.
Foreign watermark or editor outroYesExport again without the watermark and post a fresh clip.
Straight re-upload with no editYesAdd the hook, the cut, captions or commentary and post a fresh clip. From 24 September 2026 TikTok keeps unoriginal content off the For You feed, so the unedited version would not have earned.
Caption invents something the clip does not showYesRewrite the caption to what happens in the clip. An earnings claim in a caption is a ban, not a fix.
Posted from an account that is not connectedYesPost from an account connected and verified inside Content Rewards, then resubmit.
Music or footage the pack does not licenseSometimesUse the licensed version in the pack if there is one; otherwise the clip cannot run.
Outside the source packNoCut from the pack. Another creator's point of view is outside it unless the pack includes it.
Repost or duplicate of another clipper's editNoThe first submission of an edit is the one that counts. Cut your own.
Post went private, was deleted or was edited after submissionNoThe clip stops earning. Keep posts public and unchanged through the day-30 check.
Under the minimum viewsNot a denialThe clip stays approved and pays nothing until it passes the minimum (2,000 by our default).
Leaked or pre-release materialEnds the relationshipNothing to change. The clip comes down and the clipper leaves the network.
Bought engagement or an engagement podEnds the relationshipNothing to change. The clip is voided and the clipper leaves the network.

What the platform enforces, and what we do.

The platform

Content Rewards pulls views from each platform's own API, holds the campaign's rate, cap and minimum in its fields, runs the 7-day earning window and the 3-day hold, and pays the clipper. Content Rewards holds the connected accounts and the submissions; Whop holds the payout methods. A campaign runs public, application-only or private, and a buyer can switch on pre-approval, where the raw file is reviewed before anything is posted.

RUCKUS

Reads the queue twice a day, gives a decision inside 24 hours with the reason, checks disclosure and liveness at day 14 and day 30, and answers a disputed decision in writing. RUCKUS is never in the money path.

The buyer

Owns the organization, the budget, the cap and the cancel button, and signs the footage letter that defines the source pack.

A decision you disagree with.

Reply on the decision itself with what you think was missed. You get a written answer that names the rule it rests on. If the clip was denied by mistake, it is approved from the original submission date, and the views it earned count.

The network side, with the open briefs and the application bot, lives at GTA 6 Clippers. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Questions clippers ask about the rules.

Who decides?

RUCKUS reviews every submission for the buyer and records the decision in the campaign. The platform's own status is what pays, so an approval by RUCKUS is an approval in the campaign's fields, not a message in a chat.

Can a rule change while a campaign runs?

A rule can be added with a date, and it applies from that date forward. A clip approved before the change stays approved.

What happens to a denied clip's views?

Nothing is paid for a denied clip. Your approved clips are unaffected, and a fixable denial resubmitted and approved earns from its new submission.

Do the rules differ by platform?

The seven rules are the same everywhere. The disclosure tool differs: TikTok's commercial content setting, Instagram's paid partnership label, YouTube's paid promotion box, and plain text on X. The disclosure guide has each one.
